- Experience with systems like Salesforce, Oracle ERP, or similar tools.

Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of IT systems and processes for collecting, managing, and analyzing channel partner data.
- Collaborate with professional services, sales, marketing, and other business units to implement and support channel management modules.
- Assist in translating business requirements into functional specifications.
- Document end-to-end business processes involving distributors, partners, and internal teams.
- Ensure process alignment with system capabilities.
- Monitor data accuracy for channel transactions.
- Design data validation rules and monitor data quality.
- Create detailed SOPs, user manuals, and support documentation.
- Identify areas for process or system enhancement.
