Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields; Master’s in engineering OR MBA/PGDM/Equivalent preferred 5-7 years of domain expertise in market access secondary data analytics, data science, primary market research, field analytics and insights, and patient service analytics, or related strategic analytics and management consulting Strong Market Access business acumen Understand pharmaceutical ecosystem and familiarity with prescription, medical and pharmacy claims, formulary datasets, specialty pharmacy and hub data, or non-retail sales data 5 – 7 years of experience using data mining languages/tools like SQL, Python, R & Excel Exposure to stored procedures, slide creation (decks) and familiarity with tools like Retool, Power BI and Power Query is a plus Experience in product development, management, or operations Product Owner Certifications is a plus Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills Detail and results oriented with a strong focus on quality, analytics, operations, communication and collaboration skills Proven ability to work with global teams across different time-zones
