Technical Product Owner

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product role within a software product development environment. Strong analytical and technical mindset. Proven ability to make data-driven decisions regarding feature feasibility, performance, and prioritization. Curiosity, initiative, and a proactive attitude towards understanding technical systems and solving challenging problems. Excellent prioritization skills, balancing technical debt, new feature development, and bug fixes with a clear focus on customer impact. Experience engaging directly with clients to gather requirements, conduct research, and co-build solutions. Strong collaboration skills, comfortable working closely with developers on system architecture, designers on technical feasibility, and stakeholders on roadmaps. An empathetic, people-first approach to teamwork and leadership. Fluency in English.

Drive the technical vision and execution for a squad of developers and designers. Translate complex customer needs into detailed product specifications. Set priorities based on customer impact. Ensure solutions are technically sound and meet real-world user needs. Own the entire feature lifecycle from roadmap planning to final delivery. Engage directly with clients to understand technical constraints. Run UX research. Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Use data and technical insights for decision-making, backlog prioritization, and success measurement. Architect and manage features for floor plan & geolocation services. Integrate external APIs for maps and indoor positioning providers. Own the technical flow for user authentication and onboarding.
