Accounts Payable Associate

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, desired 1–3 years of accounting experience Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting or ERP systems preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a fast-paced environment.

Process vendor invoices accurately and timely. Support vendor payment cycles. Communicate with vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues. Facilitate the expense reimbursement process. Assist in administering the corporate credit card program. Contribute to month end close activities. Prepare documentation to support annual audits. Participate in ad hoc projects to enhance accounts payable processes.
