Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3–4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience. Strong knowledge of the US and Canadian labor and employment law and compliance standards. Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and time zones. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong data manipulation and analysis skills in Excel. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong judgment, ownership, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment. Workday experience is a strong plus.
