Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3–4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience. Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian labor and employment law and compliance standards. Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and time zones. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong data analysis skills in Excel. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment. Workday experience is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
Serve as primary HRBP for GTM + Strategy business units. Partner with leaders to align People strategies with business needs. Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and talent programs. Manage and resolve team member relations issues with confidentiality. Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local employment laws. Support Canada-specific compliance needs. Partner with People Ops on HR lifecycle processes. Maintain accurate team member data in Workday. Collaborate with HRBPs globally for consistency. Support global People initiatives.
