Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3–4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience. Certification in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) is a strong plus. Experience supporting GTM/Strategy or CS/Onboarding organizations. Strong knowledge of the US and Canadian labor and employment law and compliance standards. Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and time zones. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong data manipulation and analysis skills in Excel. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity. Strong judgment, ownership, confidentiality, and problem-solving. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment. Workday experience is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary HRBP for GTM + Strategy (Sales, Growth, Marketing). Partner with leaders to align People strategies with business needs. Lead organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, and talent programs. Manage and resolve complex team member relations. Own compliance across the US and Canada, including federal and state employment laws. Partner with People Ops on onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle processes. Maintain accurate team member data in Workday. Work with HRBPs globally to ensure consistency in practices and programs.
