Customer Success Engineer - Commercial

Associate degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred 12+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, databases, SQL, scripting languages (Python or equivalent), APIs, and web services Familiarity with data security concepts such as DLP, Data Privacy/Protection, DSPM/CSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management Demonstrated ability to collaborate with development teams and influence stakeholders Strong project management skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

Serve as the primary technical expert for customers Drive adoption and ensure customers achieve desired business outcomes Act as a trusted advisor Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Monitor customer health and usage indicators Advocate for customer needs Mentor and support team members
