Analytics Manager, Credit Risk

7+ years work experience in the credit risk field. Visionary leader who can challenge the status-quo and identify opportunities, as well as develop the roadmap and strategy plan. Working knowledge of the fundamentals of the lending industry and credit risk management. Fluent in SQL, and experience with Python. Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Ability to collaborate and influence across different teams. Ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Partner with cross-functional teams and manage the end-to-end credit strategy for the Amazon portfolio. Leverage alternative data and optimize credit strategy to expand credit reach to low FICO and credit invisible users. Partner with Machine Learning team to enhance underwriting framework for high AOV. Support new product formation and new vertical exploration.
