7+ years work experience in the credit risk field Visionary leader capable of challenging the status-quo and developing roadmap and strategy plan Working knowledge of lending industry fundamentals and credit risk management Fluent in SQL and experience with Python Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Ability to collaborate and influence across different teams Ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
