Experience supporting content calendars, drafting posts, monitoring comments, and executing publishing workflows. Strong writing skills and the ability to adopt brand voice consistently. Comfort collaborating across cross-functional teams. Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Airtable, Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, Canva, and Figma. Passionate about pop culture and social media trends. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Responsibilities:
Support content development, publishing, and community engagement within a Pod. Manage day-to-day social content execution. Support audience engagement strategy. Maintain brand voice consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Execute Pod-specific workflows including publishing, content calendars, and community response frameworks. Execute community management using approved brand voice guidelines and tone frameworks.
