4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in a fast-growing SaaS or Tech environment Demonstrable success in hiring Sales and Engineering roles Passion for active sourcing and developing creative strategies Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously Data-driven mindset and enjoyment of comprehensive reporting Hands-on experience with AI-powered recruiting tools or building efficient candidate management systems Independent work ethic, responsibility, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment Very good communication skills in German and English

Own entire recruiting process, with focus on Sales and Engineering roles Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers as a sparring partner Build and develop a scalable, data-driven recruiting setup Manage recruiting KPIs, dashboards, and reporting Utilize AI tools and automation for efficiency Build strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing Manage referral program and work with agencies/headhunters Optimize hiring processes and enable stakeholders in modern, AI-supported recruiting Act as Talent Brand Ambassador for Flip Plan and execute internal Referral Jams Shape and strengthen Flip's Employer Brand Proactively solve recruiting challenges
