UI/UX Designer

3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, ideally within fintech, trading platforms, or high-traffic consumer social apps. A strong portfolio showcasing mastery of typography, color theory, layout, complex data visualization, and mobile-first design. Expert-level proficiency in Figma. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles (UCD). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/React.

Lead the design process from conceptualization to hand-off, creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications. Build world-class real-time market data tools (charts, option chains, heatmaps) that are intuitive, actionable, and visually stunning. Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on community feedback. Build and maintain a scalable design system for product consistency and rapid iteration. Work closely with the Engineering team to ensure design feasibility and proper implementation. Design engaging features that reward user participation and community interaction.
