Senior Systems Administrator

5+ years of experience in system administration or integration roles. At least 3 years working directly with finance systems. Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Sage Intacct. Proven experience managing system integrations using DataBlend or similar tools. Familiarity with Salesforce data objects and their integration with financial systems. Strong knowledge of core financial processes (billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, expenses, tax). Ability to troubleshoot data flows, APIs, and automation workflows. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience within structured release & change management, documentation, and compliance frameworks.

Manage and maintain Sage Intacct and other finance systems. Oversee data flow between Salesforce and Sage Intacct, managing DataBlend. Serve as technical lead for AvaTax, expense platforms, and financial integrations. Collaborate to streamline system workflows and automate processes. Plan and execute system changes, testing, and releases. Provide subject matter expertise and user support for finance systems. Align finance system configurations with enterprise architecture. Support audit processes for system access, data handling, and configurations. Recommend enhancements for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
