Strong consulting experience leading client engagements independently Expertise in workshop facilitation, discovery, and stakeholder alignment Ability to translate business needs into clear project plans and automation roadmaps Skilled in change management and client adoption strategies Strong documentation and communication skills Experience in identifying value opportunities beyond the defined scope Familiarity with automation, digital transformation, or related platforms Ability to build reusable frameworks, methodologies, or accelerators Strong presence and credibility in client forums Mentorship experience with junior consultants or associates Strategic advisory and pre-sales contribution skills

Lead discovery sessions and workshops with clients. Translate business needs into project plans and automation roadmaps. Coach client stakeholders through adoption and change management activities. Identify opportunities for value beyond the immediate scope. Lead or co-lead discovery sessions to gather detailed business and process requirements. Translate findings into structured documentation. Support project setup and planning. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT). Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and testing feedback. Identify improvement opportunities and flag potential risks. Begin managing smaller initiatives or sub-projects under guidance.
