Lead Full Stack Engineer (.Net, Vue/React) - Full Remote

Proven experience of 8+ years as a Full Stack Engineer, with a track record of leading complex SaaS applications. Strong technical background with proficiency in JavaScript, Vue, .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker. Strong background in RESTful API design patterns with specifications in OpenAPI and Swagger. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Minimum 2 years in a lead/manager role. Thorough understanding and practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD). Experience with unit, integration, and function testing. In-depth knowledge of web security best practices and experience in ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Demonstrated experience in performance optimization for high-traffic web applications. Experience with container technologies like Docker and cloud infrastructure. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting. Strong communication skills.

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of insurance enterprise software solutions. Provide technical direction to the team, guiding technology selection and architecture. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to understand requirements. Optimize platform performance for large datasets and high user traffic.
