Finance Operations & FP&A Manager (Maternity Cover)

8+ years of experience in FP&A, finance operations, or similar roles in tech, travel, marketplace, or high-growth environments. Strong analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy. Advanced Google Sheets and Excel user. Seasoned Looker user or demonstrated ability to quickly master BI tools. Experience managing or overseeing operational finance processes. Comfortable working with outsourced accounting teams. Strong communicator with ability to work cross-functionally. Thrives in high-trust, collaborative, low-ego environments. Able to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed.

Support monthly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Maintain and improve financial reporting dashboards. Support cashflow monitoring and reporting. Ensure alignment of forecasts with business inputs. Maintain financial models and data sources. Own financial data quality and governance for FP&A reporting. Perform ongoing data accuracy checks. Partner with Analytics/Data to resolve anomalies. Ensure reporting consistency across teams. Strengthen validation processes. Provide guidance to Finance Operations specialist. Oversee OTA Finance Manager responsibilities. Ensure outsourced accounting provider meets deadlines. Maintain smooth month-end and operational finance processes. Maintain strong collaboration with Partnerships, CFO, Analytics, and CEO.
