Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Writing or other relevant fields preferred 3-5 years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role, especially in giving presentations Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and extracting meaningful, action-oriented insight Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Healthcare, or business-to-business (B2B) professional services experience preferred Skill in project management, research, quantitative and qualitative data analysis Superior written and oral communication and presentation skills Proven understanding of the Healthcare industry is preferred Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Understanding of web applications with a desire to learn new technologies Highly-collaborative; able to work well in a team environment
