Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and develop growth-driven strategies. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication. Manage email flows and campaigns in Klaviyo, analyzing key metrics. Present performance summaries to leadership. Orchestrate operations for over 25 eCommerce accounts. Lead coordination with Klaviyo experts, copywriters, and designers. Conduct strategic weekly sync meetings. Manage and optimize ClickUp systems for efficient operations. Identify and streamline operational processes. Continuously seek ways to improve agency operations.
