Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree OR 7 years of relevant experience 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager or related role in eCommerce Experience managing and delivering projects on budget, within scope, and on time Practical experience with Shopify/Shopify Plus Experience working across multiple client projects simultaneously; taking control and driving the project forward Experience working with clients, managing client expectations, and navigating challenging situations with clients Experience working and collaborating with front and backend developers to deliver solutions to best fit client's needs Conceptual understanding of the underlying technology used to deliver eCommerce experiences (product data, data structures, and data management) Strong verbal and written communication skills Very strong attention to detail and organization skills Self-starter and ability to work in an ever-changing environment Critical thinker and problem solver Decision-making and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
Constant collaboration with the client and Simplistic’s internal team of designers and developers Scope and manage projects in extensive detail to mitigate risks and avoid scope-creep Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget and scope while maintaining client happiness Track project schedules while constantly assessing risk and removing roadblocks Share call recaps and action items Providing high-level technical expertise to clients Work with the design, development, and client services teams to maintain processes and improve efficiency across the team Monitor and provide quality assurance on each project to ensure all tasks are delivered to the highest quality Manage and maintain communication channels within the wider project team Create, manage and maintain technical project documentation to support the delivery of the project Establish and maintain long term relationships with multiple clients across different industries
