QA Automation Engineer

At least 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer with strong exposure to automation and manual testing. Solid understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and documentation practices. Strong programming experience with JavaScript or TypeScript. Hands-on experience with test frameworks and tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Mocha, or Jest. Experience testing REST APIs using tools such as Postman or similar libraries. Working knowledge of CI/CD processes and modern development workflows. Familiarity with work item tracking tools such as Jira. Ability to write basic SQL queries. Strong communication skills in English. Ability to collaborate effectively in distributed, multicultural teams. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test cases across web and API layers. Participate actively in product planning, contributing quality insights. Collaborate with frontend, backend, product, and design teams to validate new features. Identify, report, and help resolve defects, improving test coverage and reliability. Validate APIs, data flows, and integrations using testing tools and SQL. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests. Maintain strong quality standards for a reliable customer experience.
