Law degree (LLM or equivalent) and qualification in at least one European jurisdiction Six or more years of regulatory experience Deep expertise in EU and UK regulatory frameworks impacting software, open source, digital services, and emerging technologies Proven experience working with regulators and managing cross-border regulatory issues Builder mindset with a track record of creating guidance or processes Strong business intuition Clear, confident communicator

Lead global regulatory matters from diligence to completion Translate regulatory text into clear playbooks and guidance Partner with Sales, Security, Product, HR, Procurement, and Ops Track regulatory developments worldwide Build scalable regulatory processes Balance regulatory risk with business momentum
