QA Analyst, Enterprise Console

Experience testing enterprise web applications or administrative consoles. Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern browsers. Experience validating backend APIs and working with API testing tools (e.g., Postman). Understanding of enterprise application concepts such as authentication, authorization, and role-based access. Ability to write clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports and manage them through Jira. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with enterprise identity systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, or similar technologies. Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web application testing (preferred). Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure (preferred). Exposure to identity and access management protocols such as SAML or SCIM (preferred). Familiarity with virtualization or containerization tools (e.g., Docker or VMware) (preferred).

Conduct testing of web-based Admin Console applications. Validate backend APIs using appropriate testing tools. Create, execute, and maintain test cases. Document defects, test results, and QA activities using Jira and Confluence. Use test management tools such as TestRail. Perform cross-browser testing. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members. Ensure testing efforts align with best practices for enterprise software quality assurance.
