QA Analyst, Console

Proven experience working in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of network operations and system administration. Knowledge of fault tolerance, multi-tenancy, load balancers, and proxies. Experience with enterprise tools such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Identity Management solutions. Solid experience with enterprise operating systems (Windows 10, Mac OS X, Linux, Windows Server). Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web application testing (preferred). Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies (e.g., VMware, Docker) (preferred). Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure (preferred). Knowledge of identity and access management protocols such as SAML and SCIM (preferred).

Conduct testing of web-based console applications. Set up and configure testing tools, focusing on backend APIs and web application functionality. Manage test tickets and document testing activities using Jira and Confluence. Use test management tools such as TestRail to track and report on testing progress. Set up testing environments for desktop and mobile platforms. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA professionals. Ensure testing efforts align with best practices in enterprise software quality assurance.
