Lead outbound prospecting for high-value target accounts Book high-quality discovery meetings for Account Directors Personalize outreach using account research and industry trends Collaborate with Account Directors on strategy and messaging Maintain CRM data for pipeline tracking Test and refine outreach strategies Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership on initiatives Manage the BDR team, including strategy, coaching, and performance Document playbooks and objection-handling guides Evaluate, implement, and optimize sales tech stack Qualify inbound leads Drive hiring process for the BDR team
