Responsibilities:
Coach and advise people managers on team dynamics and HR best practices. Provide expert guidance on best practices and regulatory compliance. Leverage data to identify root causes of people challenges and provide solutions. Develop and implement strategies throughout the employee life cycle. Collaborate cross-functionally to support business strategies. Leverage People team COE partnerships for comprehensive support. Support change management initiatives and resolve escalations.
