5+ years of project management experience, ideally within a digital marketing, martech, or customer experience environment 5+ years of experience in a digital or creative agency environment Proven track record managing complex digital projects and cross-functional teams from concept through delivery Strong understanding of web development workflows, CMS platforms, and UX/design principles Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Google Workspace Experience working with Adobe’s suite of digital tools, such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), AJO/CJA etc.
