Requirements:
10+ years’ experience leading business development or sales growth in a B2B services environment, ideally within NFP, agency, consultancy, or purpose-led ecosystems. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with clear ownership of pipeline development and conversion. Strong experience running discovery, shaping proposals, and closing complex, consultative sales opportunities. Demonstrated ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions. Experience working with, selling into, or alongside not-for-profits. High commercial acumen, strong written and verbal communication skills, and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders. Comfort using CRM systems, data and forecasting to drive disciplined, insight-led decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Drives revenue growth by developing, managing, and converting a healthy pipeline of qualified leads into long-term client partnerships. Leads high-quality discovery conversations, translating client needs into clear, insight-led proposals. Owns proposal strategy and commercial negotiation. Delivers consistent forecasting and performance visibility through strong CRM discipline. Builds strong internal partnerships to shape client-centric solutions.
