Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with clear ownership of pipeline development and conversion. Strong experience running discovery, shaping proposals, and closing complex, consultative sales opportunities. Demonstrated ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions. Experience working with, selling into, or alongside not-for-profits. High commercial acumen, strong written and verbal communication skills, and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders. Comfort using CRM systems, data and forecasting to drive disciplined, insight-led decision-making.
