Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in healthcare support, administrative, or customer service. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency and comfort with new technologies and digital systems. Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proactive mindset for identifying and resolving issues. Deep commitment to patient satisfaction. High adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic work setting. Solid understanding of and commitment to HIPAA compliance.
Responsibilities:
Manage in-app patient chat communication and escalate issues. Proactively outreach to members for health screenings. Provide patient education and follow-up instructions. Manage medication prior authorizations. Review medical records for quality and care information. Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up care. Collect and prepare patient forms. Monitor and notify team of emergency/inpatient visits. Perform additional clinical support tasks. Review and file faxes following HIPAA guidelines. Retrieve prior medical and referral records.
