Requirements:
Degree in psychology, business administration, market research, statistics, or similar data-related fields More than 6/7 years of experience in quantitative market research (end-to-end) More than 6/7 years of experience in supporting and consulting B2B customers (ideally in SaaS, management consulting, or advertising/communication) Fluent in English Proficient in German (C2 level spoken and written) Excellent communication skills Hands-on mentality, pragmatism, and proactivity Affinity for numbers and data Cooperative and caring attitude Based in Europe (ideally in Germany, Spain, or the UK)
Responsibilities:
Act as a sparring partner for clients in market research project creation, adaptation, and analysis Design studies (methodology, target group, sample size) Create bespoke questionnaires for various use cases Interpret market research results and provide actionable recommendations Work with Research Operations on questionnaire setup and fieldwork Collaborate with sales on initial projects for new customers Manage projects and contribute to strategic development of the Research Consulting Team and products Integrate AI into all research steps, collaborating with the product team to enhance AI tools
