Enterprise & Government Digital Systems Administrator

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) 5+ years of experience administering secure, cloud-based systems in regulated environments Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Azure AD) Experience supporting Azure environments and identity/access management Experience with web application or portal administration and monitoring Familiarity with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework Experience with system monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery processes

Configure and manage Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) Administer Azure AD, identity, and access management Configure and maintain secure, cloud-hosted applicant portals and case management systems Implement and enforce security controls aligned with NIST Cybersecurity Framework Ensure data encryption and compliance with state data security requirements Respond to system incidents, outages, and security events Provide tier-2 technical support for M365, Azure, and government systems
