Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates. Confident in running structured screens and making recommendations. Skilled at managing multiple roles and candidates simultaneously. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with administrative tasks. Able to build and refine processes, checklists, and templates. Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse or similar). Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic reporting. Clear, concise communicator. Comfortable giving hiring managers structured updates. For Canada/Latin America: Able to work as an independent contractor and comfortable working U.S.-aligned business hours.
