Requirements:
2+ years of experience in client/customer support. Experience in an early-stage startup environment is a plus. Veterinary technician/animal healthcare industry experience is a plus. Proactive, organized, and accurate in communications. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with customer support tools/software. Timely and efficient task completion. Flexible and agile, able to pivot quickly. Driven to improve processes and communications.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through email, LiveChat, and phone. Troubleshoot and resolve initial user issues accurately and supportively. Escalate complex issues to relevant BD/AMs and departments. Facilitate and manage potential call outs using existing processes. Document encountered issues and share learnings. Maintain Hubspot with client communications and support tickets. Coordinate with other departments for reconciliation and generate reports.
