Software Development Manager (Remote from Vietnam)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 5+ years of software development experience At least 2 years in a leadership or management role Proven experience managing high-performing engineering teams Proven experience delivering complex projects Strong technical background with experience in Python, React Experience with relational and NoSQL databases Solid understanding of large-scale system design Solid understanding of big data architectures Experience working with agile development methodologies Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of software engineers Oversee software design, development, and implementation Prioritize development work and ensure timely, high-quality delivery Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements Establish and maintain project timelines Enforce coding standards and best practices Identify risks and perform root cause analysis Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Communicate progress to senior stakeholders
