Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting coordination, or a similar high-volume scheduling role Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Detail-oriented mindset Strong communication skills and professionalism Comfort with technology, especially applicant tracking systems (ATS), calendars, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and work independently A customer-first approach
Responsibilities:
Own and manage interview scheduling and logistics Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and internal workflows Coordinate high-volume recruiting efforts, scheduling 15–20 interviews per week Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers Track and report recruiting metrics Support other recruiting operations projects
