Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent). 0-2 years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent through internships, academic projects, or volunteer work. Strong attention to detail for organizing and standardizing data. Experience with Excel/Sheets, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP/INDEX/MATCH, building graphs, cleaning, and de-duplicating data. Experience with Salesforce preferred. Analytical mindset for cleaning datasets and creating tables/graphs. Ability to learn new programs quickly, including EMR/EHRs, data analytics software, Google Suite, and Slack.
Responsibilities:
Maintain CRM data, scrub and upload new leads, and assist with data tasks. Execute direct mail campaigns and pull recipient lists. Monitor meeting and referral data to measure outreach performance. Audit data and assist with quarterly performance reporting. Maintain CRM data hygiene. Collaborate on routine data auditing. Support operational and administrative tasks. Perform other duties as assigned.
