Travel Agent Team member (Remote)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry. Proficient in the English language, both verbal and written, at a minimum of C1 Advanced level. Familiarity with travel booking systems such as Sabre & Amadeus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. A collaborative team player with a process-driven mindset. Passionate about travel and eager to provide exceptional service.

Assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries. Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and travel options. Utilize booking platforms like Sabre & Amadeus to manage reservations. Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences. Organize travel logistics including transportation and activities. Stay updated on travel trends and restrictions to offer informed guidance. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any potential travel issues.
