Requirements:
1-3 years in account coordination, operations, or administrative support. Hyper-organized and detail-obsessed. Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Proficient in Canva for editing campaign materials/briefs. Experience with project management systems (Asana). Experience with scheduling tools (Calendly, Google Calendar). Familiarity with AI technologies (ChatGPT, OpenAI, other AI productivity tools). Proactive, clear communicator who flags risks early. Excellent written and spoken English. Comfortable communicating directly with U.S. teammates. Comfortable interpreting instructions without ambiguity. Comfortable engaging directly with enterprise customers. Able to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Support project planning between Enterprise Success Manager, customer, and internal teams. Manage calendars, schedule calls, and track milestones. Hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines. QA customer templates before upload. Upload, edit, and organize templates. Create design briefs and process documentation. Manipulate customer-provided data. Standardize customer files and export to CSV. Use AI tools for data manipulation and formatting. Track stakeholder lists, communication plans, and campaign spend. Maintain brand-specific content libraries and campaign assets. Document meeting takeaways and ensure deliverables are followed through. Create trackers for team visibility and customer accountability. Assist with campaign setup tasks, QA, and launch coordination. Become a power user of the LettrLabs platform. Ensure creative assets and data files are correct. Escalate blockers or inconsistencies quickly.
