Requirements:
10+ years in BI/Analytics with Revenue Ecosystem Acumen. Advanced SQL (Redshift) and dbt skills. Expert-level Tableau mastery. Deep familiarity with Marketing (Marketo, GA4, Ad Tracking platforms, Content Creation Engines, Goal Cast), Sales & CS Platforms (CRM/Salesforce, Gainsight), and Revenue Intelligence (Gong). Exceptional Storyteller and Diplomat skills. Experience with Jira. Agile & Growth-Oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
Partner with business teams on continuous planning cycles. Calculate required inputs for revenue targets based on conversion rates. Analyze territory balance, account segmentation, and whitespace. Assess campaign performance, ROI, sales funnel health, and customer retention. Analyze engagement quality and competitor mentions using tools like Gong. Identify 'At-Risk' signals using Product Adoption Intelligence and align data with Finance. Manage backlogs and ensure visibility of team's work using Jira. Create and maintain data dictionaries and enablement documentation. Drive best practices and optimize the data warehouse environment with the dbt guild.
