Self-starter who manages their own work and proactively gets what they need from others Strong written communication and clarity in Slack and documentation High attention to detail Time-efficient and deadline-driven Prior experience in marketing operations or marketing execution roles Comfortable juggling multiple tools and workflows without constant oversight Experience with MailChimp, Lemlist, Buffer, Squarespace, Slack, ClickUp, Zapier, Canva, Calendly, Stripe, Google Docs/sheets/slides Ability to take loosely defined tasks and turn them into completed, on-time deliverables without hand-holding

Set up and execute email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Lemlist) Schedule and publish content across social media platforms Edit and post blog content Update and maintain website pages (layout, content, pricing) Handle form integrations, payment setup, and basic automations Build and maintain Zapier workflows Perform light video editing (trimming, adding logos, preparing clips) Extract short-form content from transcripts for LinkedIn and social Prepare results reports, basic performance summaries, and data analysis Maintain data hygiene across tools and lists
