Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent professional experience. 4-6 years of experience in human resources with a focus on employee relations. Experience with M&A integration or start up environments. Intermediate to Advanced experience with an HRIS system (preferably Paylocity). Ability to juggle multiple, often changing, priorities. Strategic thinker with a tactical and operational focus. Team player who works independently and communicates proactively. Enthusiasm, energy, presence, and facilitation skills for training delivery.
Responsibilities:
Advise and coach managers on managing performance and resolving employee issues. Conduct confidential investigations. Identify opportunities for proactive training and coaching of managers. Standardize global onboarding and offboarding processes. Manage the performance management cycle. Develop and deliver training on processes and best practices. Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions and policies. Manage employee data & documentation. Optimize timekeeping processes within an HRIS. Administer and audit leave management processes within an HRIS.
