Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent professional experience. 4-6 years of experience in human resources with a focus on employee relations. Experience with M&A integration or start up environments. Intermediate to Advanced experience with an HRIS system (preferably Paylocity). Ability to juggle multiple, often changing, priorities. Strategic thinker with a tactical and operational focus. Team player who works independently and communicates proactively. Enthusiasm, energy, presence, and facilitation skills for training delivery.
