Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school. Admission to practice in Florida. Minimum of 5 years of experience in general liability and insurance defense law. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional oral and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.

Manage a varied caseload of general liability and insurance defense matters. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Provide legal analysis, advice, and risk assessment to guide client decisions. Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft pleadings, and manage discovery. Collaborate effectively with support staff and fellow attorneys to achieve optimal outcomes.
