Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred. 7+ years of sales leadership experience in staffing, recruiting, and managing a staffing business. 3+ years managing a business with P&L ownership. Experience working in a non-professional staffing organization. Demonstrated success in building and launching a new business or product offering from scratch. Experience at a technology or hyper-growth company strongly preferred. Leadership experience with responsibility for business results in a fast-paced environment. Refined relationship development and leadership skills. Experience with marketing technology and automation, including platforms and CRMs. Experience establishing high-impact, revenue-generating commercial relationships. Confidence in analysis abilities and delivering results in ambiguous projects. Strong commercial acumen. Strong command over a P&L and financial metrics. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent organization skills and detail-oriented. Adaptable and comfortable managing changing priorities. Ownership and dependability. Responsibilities:
Ensure success of the staffing business, measured by revenue growth, pipeline health, and gross margin. Optimize supply and demand, balancing top-line growth with operational efficiency. Analyze market opportunities and identify high-potential areas. Build and test new offerings with clients, iterating based on feedback to achieve product-market fit. Lead the creation of execution plans with Marketing and Talent Operations. Work with clients as a trusted business partner. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Sales. Establish analytics and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
