  • Provide personalized coaching and guidance to enhance attorneys’ branding, marketing, and client acquisition.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new attorneys with tailored marketing and business development tools.
  • Create content and pitch presentations to support attorney business development.
  • Act as the primary contact for attorneys needing marketing and business development support.
  • Coordinate with recruiting, marketing, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of practice success initiatives.
  • Work with the Director of Marketing to showcase attorney success stories and enhance Scale LLP’s brand.
  • Plan and execute events, workshops, and webinars to support attorney practice growth.
  • Track and analyze marketing and business development performance using analytics and CRM tools.
