Business Analyst (Remote from US)

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise software implementation projects Experience with IBM TRIRIGA and familiarity with TRIRIGA Facilities Condition Assessment Model highly preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with business analysis tools, data modeling, and project management methodologies Understanding of relevant industry and business domain Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and objectives Conduct interviews and workshops to collect information for process improvement Document and model existing business processes Prepare documentation including business requirements and functional specifications Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT/development teams Develop and execute test plans and cases Assist in change management Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation
