Business Analyst - Wealth (Remote - Work from Anywhere)

2-4+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in a financial services company. Strong interest in or understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry. Experience with or knowledge of traditional financial products, particularly lending, savings, or investment/fund products. Familiarity with financial regulations (AML, KYC). Proficiency in analysing data and using metrics to support product decisions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail with strong organisational and documentation abilities. Ability to identify risks and dependencies in requirements and processes. Proven ability to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a strong plus.

Translate product vision into detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Support the Product Manager in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog. Facilitate sprint planning and refinement sessions. Map out user journeys and system workflows. Document functional and non-functional specifications. Gather data, analyze product performance, and prepare reports. Act as a liaison between product, engineering, design, compliance, finance, and other stakeholders. Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
