1-3 years of experience in commission-based or performance-driven sales Strong negotiation, persuasion, and contract-selling skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Effective problem-solver with strong active listening and rapport-building abilities Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales metrics Resilient and adaptable Positive attitude with a desire for continuous growth Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize Computer savvy with experience using CRM systems (Salesforce a plus) High school diploma or GED required Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
