Requirements:
3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and build strong relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong Salesforce skills. Familiarity with Clari (or related software) is a plus. Understanding of integration solutions or related technology is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews. Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities. Develop and execute strategic account plans. Drive account growth through strategic engagement. Provide consultative guidance on Celigo's solutions. Act as the customer advocate internally. Manage contract renewals. Partner with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Finance teams. Maintain accurate records and track key account metrics. Provide regular reports on account performance.
