Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews. Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities. Develop and execute strategic account plans. Drive account growth through strategic engagement. Provide consultative guidance on Celigo's solutions. Act as the customer advocate internally. Manage contract renewals. Partner with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Finance teams. Maintain accurate records and track key account metrics. Provide regular reports on account performance.
