Sr. Data Analyst - Remote

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 5-7 years of relevant experience. Strong SQL expertise. Hands-on experience with Python. Experience with data modeling and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, Google Analytics. Knowledge of healthcare operations, health plans, and working with claims and clinical data. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Perform analyses and design complex data models to meet business and research needs. Synthesize data into actionable insights that improve clinical quality, operational efficiency, and outcomes. Automate client reporting packages and streamline data ingestion pipelines. Report on healthcare quality metrics to measure program impact. Develop outcomes dashboards and reporting to support clinical operations and quality management. Partner with product, clinical, engineering, and operations teams to translate business needs into analytics solutions. Develop marketing attribution models, retention and churn analysis, and CAC/LTV metrics.
