Senior Repo & Lending Trader - Digital Assets

4–7 years of experience on a Repo, Securities Lending, or STIR desk. Deep understanding of secured financing mechanics. Proven ability to quantitatively "score" assets and explain haircut reasoning. Strong Python skills for scripting and querying on-chain data. Understanding of how over-collateralized on-chain lending works. Entrepreneurial drive and eagerness to adapt TradFi concepts to digital assets.

Execute and manage end-to-end borrowing and lending transactions. Negotiate bilateral term sheets with institutional counterparties. Manage liquidity across DeFi money markets. Manage the firm’s interest rate profile, monitoring spreads and STIR trends. Develop and maintain a proprietary collateral scoring framework. Determine appropriate haircuts for various asset classes. Work with Legal and Risk on contractual frameworks like ISDA/GMRA. Use Python to build tools for monitoring "Health Factors" and LTVs. Automate interest rate tracking and build dashboards for risk scoring. Act as a primary contact for institutional lenders and liquidity providers.
